SLEEP is the be-all and end-all - no matter where! But it is usually in short supply when stress becomes chronic. So, even if you think you don’t have time for it, have a snooze – preferably in bed or on the couch ... but if you can't, then at your desk. Even a small power nap can conjure up new energy - give it a try!
Getting cabin fever at work? Then head outside to the nearest park or GREEN oasis! Yes, climb onto that big rock and jump down into the moss. You feel better already, don't you?
When you get back to the office invigorated by sleep and immersion in nature, you'll find it easier to say NO. After all, “no” is also an answer. Protect your productivity and your creativity by drawing clear boundaries!
